The fantasies of a fantastic financial win are starting to fade. I reluctantly put to bed the idea of a new side fence, some added bedrooms, my credit card paid for and my having enough money to buy some expensive moisturiser without feeling guilty. The worry of having to tell family and friends, dealing with the press and deciding how much money to give away has been shelved for the moment. It has been a pretty up-n-down type of day really. But the delicious fantasy of having x amount of dollars and what to do with it has stayed kind of with me, to be brought out and examined in those moments before sleep comes. Twill keep me warm and awake for a few nights at least. Better than sex.
