Gone but not forgotten....
July 6th 2008 23:50
Since I spoke to you last dear reader I have played through Wagner's 'Tristan and Isolde' with the orchestra; been to Sydney with 30 school kids and all their musical instruments; cavorted at Manly and Bondi and gone through the Opera House;organised my husband's move to the country and tried to suppport him in his new job; taken the kids camping for a horse eventing clinic and lain awake all night while a storm tried to rip the flimsy roof off; gotten bronchitis and had to start antibiotics; had visitors to stay at Emu and hosted a party to celebtrate this house's 120 year birthday.
Today, after life swirled and eddied around me and we woke to pouring rain at Emu, all visitors gone and alone with my kids for the first time in a month, I thought I would find time to resume our friendship, dear reader.
But how faithless is orble?
After posting on my blog every day for 5 months or so, it didn't even recognize my domain!!!!
Guess that is the modern way, stay in their face or be forgotten, swept along and away in the tide of life......
Anyway, what have you been up to dear friend?
Can't wait to chat more.....

No wait, that's her. The house is new. Well no wait, it's had a facelift. No wait, that's her too.
She heard about the house's stud wall, and was disappointed to find out the truth. I told her she should use her noggin.
