Hard slog at the blog!

This blog thing is harder than you think: I have no real clue what I am doing and am on a steep learning curve as they say but it has taken me about 14 tries to get the password to work! this inbetween trying to cook dinner, feed the dog, chase the neighbors' cat out of the front garden who was showing too much interst in the chooks, and answering phones. (not to mention providing food for kids who are lounging around watching 'Rabbit Proof Fence' as a spin-off from 'sorry' day. ) I even accidentally posted a comment on my own blog! Eventually the hang will be got of it I'm sure. Needless to say dinner has not got itself together and husband is home it is 7pm and the kids are starting to reach for the wheeties! more later.d

Jean hated her neighbours so much she lay in bed at night, listening to them fight and yell at each other, to swear and hurl chairs around, and imagined their house burning down. Oh, they got out of it alive (she grudgingly allowed) but were so shocked and shaken they disappeared and the house was never re-built, just demolished, leaving a block of vacant land to grow weeds and attract plastic shopping bags.
