Horny 'Easter'

March 23rd 2008 20:39
The lamb has survived the night at least. This morning when I stumbled out into the pink dawn the children were cuddling it as it lay sleeping in front of the heater and watching 'Bindi'. (Crikey)

The older girls were off to a gymkhana and had fed Easter already. He looks very dopy; could it be he is full and content? Or is he already losing strenth?

Tiny horn-buds are already butting out and his skin is delightfully wrinkled and crinkled with the good thick ears of a well-bred Merino.

Boots the puppy is very excited about his presence.

Oh God, let's pray he survives. Kids'l be devestated otherwise. Oh well.
