Twitter User's Explanation For The Difference Between A ‘Kill’ And ‘No-Kill’ Animal Shelter Is Heart Wrenching

by Elana

There are two kinds of animal shelters in this world: those that humanely euthanize animals and those that do not. By that, we mean that some animals are "no kill" shelters, and animals can and will remain at the shelter or in a foster home until they find their forever home. The sentiment sounds so endearing, doesn't it? Why wouldn't you want to enthusiastically support the shelters and organizations that refuse to terminate an animal's life?

Well, one Twitter user became so impassioned by the revealing truth that they decided to offer a long rant, hoping to educate the people who let emotional responses interfere with the logical ones. Hopefully, everything they said will help place more animals into their much needed forever homes.
