There is never a shortage of opinions, debates and random claims on Twitter, that's for sure. And this one is no exception! Recently, Twitter user, Aaryn Whitely posted a series of photos of her and her friends' wrists, claiming that every woman has the same freckle in the middle of their wrist.
Aaryn set out to prove her theory by asking other women to respond with photos of their wrist freckles. And it wasn't long before the "freckle challenge" went viral, with women from everywhere posting pics of their wrists.
The facts behind this phenomenon are unknown, however it is thought that it could be due to where we are the most likely to develop freckles on the body overall. The wrists are extremely visible on a daily basis and therefore frequently exposed to ultraviolet radiation.
So, ladies, do you have a freckle on your wrist?
